Terms of Service

1. The service
TellyStream provides an IPTV subscription giving access to live television channels and on-demand content over the internet. TellyStream is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Sky, TNT Sports, the BBC, ITV, Amazon, Apple, Samsung, LG, Google, or any broadcaster whose channel names appear on this site.
2. Subscription plans
TellyStream offers 1-month (£15), 6-month (£35) and 12-month (£55) subscription plans. All plans include the full channel list and on-demand library described on our homepage. There is no automatic recurring billing — each plan is a one-off payment for the stated period, and you choose whether to renew when it ends.
3. Free trial
A free 24-hour trial is available on request via WhatsApp, subject to availability and one trial per household. No credit card is required for the trial. The trial is intended to let you test streaming quality and channel availability before purchasing a paid plan.
4. Payment
Payment is accepted via the secure payment link sent to you after ordering. Login details are typically delivered by email within 5–15 minutes of successful payment, and always within 24 hours. If you do not receive your login within 24 hours, contact us on WhatsApp immediately.
5. No refunds
All sales are final. Because IPTV login credentials are issued individually and access begins immediately on delivery, TellyStream does not offer refunds once a subscription has been purchased, under any circumstances, including change of mind.
If you experience a technical fault, contact our support team on WhatsApp and we will work to resolve it or provide a replacement subscription period at our discretion.
6. Acceptable use
Each subscription is licensed for personal, non-commercial use within a single household, with up to 2 simultaneous device connections as standard. Sharing login credentials outside your household, reselling access, or using the service for commercial public display is not permitted and may result in suspension.
7. Service availability
While we aim for consistent uptime, occasional channel interruptions can occur due to factors outside our control, including source broadcast issues and general internet connectivity. We actively monitor and resolve reported faults as quickly as possible via WhatsApp support.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. The current version is always available at this page, with the "last updated" date shown above.
